Jimmy Buffett’s Kids Face Questions on Mom’s Ketamine Claims

The ongoing legal battle surrounding Jimmy Buffett‘s estate has taken a dramatic turn. His children are now facing scrutiny regarding their mother’s alleged drug use, as reported by TMZ.

Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Jimmy’s children, Cameron and Sarah Delaney Buffett, were questioned about their mother, Jane Buffett, during the discovery phase of the trial. They faced intense questioning specifically regarding her alleged use of ketamine and marijuana.

The inquiries were initiated by Jimmy’s former financial advisor, Richard Mozenter, as part of the ongoing legal dispute over control of the estate, which is valued at approximately $275 million.

In the court filings, Cameron and Delaney were requested to provide any documents or communications related to Jane’s use of prescription or non-prescription drugs, including but not limited to ketamine and marijuana, covering the period from August 2023 to the present.

The Buffett siblings responded, stating that the request was excessive and characterized the inquiries as seeking “harassing documents” that did not pertain to the case.

As previously reported by TMZ, Mozenter filed a lawsuit against Jane regarding the estate, leading to Jane filing a countersuit against Richard. In the latest court documents, Jane alleged that Richard has been obstructing her access to accounting records, which she requires to determine the next steps in the estate proceedings.
