Ms. Rachel argues that Sherrika has effectively abandoned the Lil Herbie trademark by failing to utilize it for a significant period. Ms. Rachel’s legal team contends that the trademark should be canceled to allow for her own Herbie trademarks.
In response, Sherrika has stated that she has not abandoned her trademark for Lil Herbie and opposes any efforts to have it canceled.
