GTA VI Preorders Now Live for PS5 and Xbox: Prices & Bonuses

The time has come to retire your “we got X before GTA VI” memes. Starting at midnight local time on June 25, Grand Theft Auto VI is now available for preorder on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, ahead of its highly anticipated release in mid-November. The game is available in two editions, beginning at $79.99.

Preorders for GTA VI are currently open on the PlayStation Store, the Microsoft Store, and the Rockstar Games Store. This article will be updated with additional listings from major retailers as they become available.

The base version of GTA VI is priced at $79.99 and is marketed as “a single-player experience,” according to a press release from developer Rockstar Games. This means it will not include a new version of Grand Theft Auto Online, which is the multiplayer component of GTA V.

There is also a premium GTA VI Ultimate Edition available for $99.99, featuring “an exclusive collection of premium vehicles, weapons, apparel, and action,” as stated by Rockstar. The extras previewed on their website include:

• A ’95 Grotti Cheetah vehicle

• Hawk & Little Morgan Revolvers

• Personalized sidearm variants

• Exclusive outfits and tattoos

• Unique hairstyles, makeup, and nail art

• Jason’s Safehouse vehicles

• A Vapid Ganado modkit

• Access to two exclusive vehicle modification shops and a clothing store

• A Shitzu Squalo boat

• A ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy vehicle with a garage

• A raid mission for the PTT Youngin$ Illegal Goods Store, a gang compound

• A side mission focused on locating and restoring classic cars

Players who purchase GTA VI before November 20 will receive a bonus Vintage Vice City Pack, described by Rockstar as “a collection of items that hark back to when the neon burned brightest.” This pack features a yellow ’55 Vapid Stanier vehicle complete with its own garage, along with special outfits and hairstyles for Jason and Lucia, the game’s two main characters, plus a palm tree weapon pattern.

Those who preorder digital versions will also receive a complimentary month of GTA+, a membership service that offers bonuses in GTA Online and access to a library of classic Rockstar titles. This membership typically costs $7.99 per month.

Players can begin preloading GTA VI onto their consoles starting November 12. Physical editions will include a download code to facilitate this process.

Last week, Rockstar unveiled the cover art for GTA VI in a 30-second video shared on its social media channels. The second and most recent trailer for this highly anticipated title was released in May 2025, providing nearly three minutes of gameplay and cinematic footage captured on a PS5.
