Unveiling the Dramatic Final Banishment Ceremony
During the intense final banishment ceremony, all contestants, including those previously eliminated, cast their votes to determine who would be crowned the ultimate supervillain among Safaree, Wes Bergmann, and Jessie Godderz. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation as alliances and strategies were put to the test.
Notably, Teresa Giudice, Camilla Pointdexter, Larsa Pippen, and Kandy Muse all cast their votes in favor of Safaree, while Tiffany “New York” Pollard, Richard Hatch, Victoria Larson, and Larissa Lima chose Wes. With Jessie receiving zero votes, he was eliminated. As both Safaree and Wes garnered three votes each, Jessie found himself in the pivotal role of tiebreaker.
As host Joel McHale prompted both Safaree and Wes to make their final pleas to Jessie, he unexpectedly intervened, boldly suggesting that Wes would have to “get on his knees and beg” for his vote, adding an unexpected twist to the proceedings.
“Beg, and you are the winner,” Jessie declared, leading to an atmosphere filled with suspense and anticipation.
The entire room was left in disbelief when Wes actually got down on his knees, pleading with Jessie for his vote. However, in a shocking turn of events, Jessie extended his hand toward Safaree, congratulating him, stating, “Safaree, congratulations. You just won.”
After being crowned “America’s Ultimate Supervillain” and winning a cash prize of $200,000, Safaree took a moment to revel in his victory, seated on his winning throne, dramatically “banishing” both Wes and Jessie from the competition.

Reflecting on these final moments of the banishment ceremony, Safaree described them as the “most insane” experience he has ever had in reality television, emphasizing the unique nature of this particular moment in his career.
When asked if he believed Jessie would vote for Wes after that dramatic plea, Safaree confidently stated to TooFab, “I, 100%, thought he was gonna give it to him.”
“Being there in that moment, the tension was palpable. The air was thick with anticipation. I genuinely believed he was going to choose Wes,” he expressed. “The look in his eye was intense. He said, ‘Apologize for the chance that you ripped outta these folks’s hands and I will give you the opportunity.’ I was genuinely taken aback when he reached over to shake my hand instead,” he added.
“What surprised me more than winning was how it unfolded,” Safaree mentioned. “That last banishment ceremony stands as the most insane participation I’ve had in reality TV over a decade of experience. It was an unbelievable moment to be part of, leaving a lasting impression that I will never forget.”

Safaree’s Winning Strategy: Authenticity Over Manipulation
Immediately following his triumphant win on Thursday night’s episode, Safaree emphasized that he achieved success without resorting to “any fake politicking,” maintaining his authenticity throughout the competition. He remained true to himself, which ultimately set him apart from the other contestants.
“All these people from various shows had their strategies and manipulative tactics, claiming, ‘Ah, yeah I’m a gamer. This is how I play the game.’ To that, I’d say, ‘Shut your silly a– up!’” he expressed candidly to the E! cameras, later adding, “I walked into this house as my true self. I thought, ‘You know what? The Joker was true to himself.’ The Joker is someone I respect deeply. He laughed his way through life, and I embraced that same spirit throughout this entire experience. Now, I’m the one wearing the crown.”
Safaree reflected on how he managed to stick to his non-strategic approach, explaining why he chose not to alter his gameplay even during intense moments on the show.
“The word strategy never crossed my mind once while I was in that house,” he told TooFab. “That’s the crazy part. I mentioned it at the end, ‘Hey, I didn’t come here playing a strategy. I came here just being myself.’”
He acknowledged that “some people call it a social strategy,” adding that Wes approached him after his victory and told him he “played a great social game.”
“When he said that, I was like, ‘I guess it could be viewed that way,’” Safaree recalled. “I’m a social person. Anyone who knows me can attest to that; I’m a very likable individual. I’m a positive, fun-loving guy. I don’t engage in too much banter or other crazy nonsense.”
He further added, “Everyone knew, ‘Okay, Safaree is cool. He’s not a threat. We don’t have to worry about him.’ I genuinely just wanted to have fun. So I suppose my strategy was simply being myself and enjoying the experience.”

The Revelation of New York’s Secret Alliance with Wes
Before the final vote, it was disclosed during the banishment ceremony that New York and Wes had formed a secret alliance prior to the start of filming. This covert partnership lasted throughout the competition, showcasing the strategic dynamics that often play out in reality TV.
While some contestants expressed that they were not surprised, Safaree admitted to TooFab that he had “no idea” about the existence of this alliance, illustrating the often hidden layers of strategy in the game.
“Even when she mentioned it during the ceremony, I still didn’t fully grasp it,” he shared. “I wasn’t aware that they were genuinely locked in together, even without direct communication. Reflecting on it afterward, I realized, ‘Damn, she never engaged in any conflicts or interactions with Wes.’ It was very sneaky and intricate.”
Additionally, Safaree opened up about his feelings regarding New York ultimately voting for Wes instead of him. He conveyed to the E! cameras that her vote said a lot about her character.
He expanded on his surprise regarding New York’s decision to vote for Wes, revealing deeper feelings about their relationship throughout the competition.
“I genuinely believed that me and her had some kind of unspoken connection,” Safaree expressed. “However, it became clear that her alliance with Wes was stronger. Throughout the show, we often had conversations about supporting each other. I was committed to never putting her up for banishment, yet I felt the energy was not reciprocated.”

Comparing Experiences: Home of Villains vs. Love & Hip Hop
In his conversation with TooFab, Safaree candidly compared his experiences on Home of Villains to his extensive tenure on the Love & Hip Hop franchise, where he has been featured on all four iterations: Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood, Love & Hip Hop: New York, Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, and Love & Hip Hop: Miami.
When ranking his experiences, Safaree emphasized that Home of Villains stands at the pinnacle of his reality television journey.
“Honestly — and I’m not just saying this because I won — I must say that after nearly 11 years in reality TV, this, Home of Villains, has been my #1 experience,” he declared to TooFab. “Everything about it was exceptional — the producers, the filming style, the quality, the budget, and the overall concept of the show. It allowed me to be myself in a fun and genuine manner.”
“It wasn’t filled with the typical banter, arguments, and unnecessary drama that often plague other shows,” he continued. “I find myself in a position where I want to move away from that type of content. People see me on TV and believe everything they observe.”
