As updates are released, each chapter of the game will be meticulously broken down by NLT on the 2nd and 15th of every month, providing a structured approach to gameplay.

This game features three distinct difficulty levels: Easy, Normal, and Hard, catering to various player preferences and skill levels.
Easy Mode: Enemies will weaken gradually after each defeat, allowing for a more forgiving gameplay experience.
Normal Mode: Enemies become weaker after four defeats, but their strength will return incrementally as you progress, ensuring a balanced challenge.
Hard Mode: This level presents a true test, as enemies will not weaken at all, requiring players to rely solely on their skills and strategies.

V.00073 Update Walkthrough (6 Scenes)
After downloading and installing the game, launch it and select New Game to initiate the opening scene. This sets the stage for your adventure.
Scene 1
Once the introduction concludes, you, as the main character (MC), engage in a confrontation with two gang members. These foes will display colored arrows—red, yellow, or green—above their heads. Throughout the game, it’s crucial to strategize your attacks from either the yellow or green angles.
Striking from the green angles inflicts damage on your enemies without any harm to you, while yellow angles deal damage to them but also inflict minor damage on you. Red angles, however, will leave you vulnerable to significant damage from your opponents.
Each enemy will have a number representing their HP (Health Points), indicating how many hits are required to defeat them. Pay attention to your positioning, as enemies will move as you do; try to maintain advantageous angles for attack.
Utilize environmental elements to your advantage during battles, such as kicking a trash bag into enemies to deal damage in this initial skirmish. Look out for Shield Juices scattered throughout the game; these will help maintain your HP and keep you alive. Remember, you can only hold one Shield Juice at a time.
After successfully overcoming this initial fight, your character will faint (this is a scripted event).
You will regain consciousness in a hospital setting, where you’ll meet the Millers and Nurse Lucy. At this point, you have the option to rename the MC or retain the default name, Ethan.
Grace will present you with an Unknown Item, which may hold significance later in your adventure.
Once you regain control, be sure to grab your phone before exiting the examination room. Similar to other games, your phone serves as a hub for saving/loading your game and adjusting the difficulty settings among Easy, Normal, and Hard. (Please note, certain features like the map and scene player may not be available in this update.) After acquiring your phone, follow the green arrow out of the exam room.
Upon leaving the exam room, continue following the green arrow down the hallway to reach the hospital lobby, where the Millers await. Engage in conversation with any family member you encounter.
Following your hospital visit, you and the Millers will encounter a group of protesters. A government employee named Alexander Brooks will approach you, providing you with a Business Card.
You will then accompany the Millers to their home in Wood Stead. Once inside, Grace and Mr. Miller will guide you to the guest room. After their departure, you are free to explore the Miller’s house. Step out of your guest room, head upstairs, and inspect the bathroom (Take a Peek).
Scene 2
After your exploration, return to your room and sleep for the night by interacting with the bed. The following morning, you awaken to join the Millers for breakfast.
After the Millers depart for church, you can freely explore the area.
Exit the Millers’ house by following the green arrow, which will lead you to the Wood Stead map. Make your way to the church.
Once inside the church, navigate straight to the main chapel area.
After the Millers leave, take some time to investigate the church and its surroundings.
Scene 3
Upon meeting Mother Margaret Abbott, you can exit the church and leave Wood Stead. Follow the green arrow on the map to exit.
Continue following the green arrow until you reach the overall world map of the game.
On the world map, you should see a GPS marker indicating the Red-Light District (this may not appear on Hard Mode). Head towards the Red-Light District.
As you enter the Red-Light District, proceed to the location where you were previously attacked. Nia and Leila will appear and invite you to lunch at Big T*ts & Food. After your meal, make your way to the Velvet Club next door.
Inside the Velvet Club, you can converse with Kelli (a side girl) and also meet Lola.
Scene 4
Following a dance performance by Lola, exit the private room to re-enter the club’s main area. Prepare for another confrontation with two gang members (remember your earlier lessons). After overcoming this battle, you’ll encounter Tony, who will provide you with a Dump Gate Key. Exit the Velvet Club and leave the Red-Light District.
Back on the World Map, you will be prompted to call Alexander Brooks. To do this, access your inventory (using a left-click or the menu icon in the upper right) and select the business card to initiate the call.
After contacting Alexander, you will receive a GPS marker directing you to Amira’s Mansion. Proceed there.
Scene 5
At Amira’s Mansion, Alexander will hand you a Minimum Security Badge. Once you leave the mansion, make your way to the City Dump, where you can use the key and badge to gain access.
Upon entering the dump, a guard will approach you.
After conversing with the guard, follow the green arrow to navigate deeper into the dump.
Your relic will react to something in this area, prompting further investigation.
As you take a few steps, you’ll discover a Stone Icon in the sand, along with information about Tony’s Drop Box (located outside his club in the Red-Light District). Continue exploring this area, where you will uncover some money ($20 and $5) and an Unknown Artifact.
After locating the artifact, three gang members will appear, initiating yet another fight. Remember to utilize environmental objects to your advantage during combat, such as bouncing on tires to attack enemies from a distance.
Once you defeat this group, a larger wave of enemies will emerge, seizing the artifact from you. Follow them deeper into the City Dump.
Collect the Mind-looking icon, which will grant you access to advanced fighting techniques.
Prepare for another battle, as you can now bounce twice on each tire to engage enemies in combat.
After defeating this latest group, you will reclaim the Unknown Artifact. However, a larger group of enemies will appear, forcing you to retreat.
Scene 6
This concludes the V.00073 update.
V.01074 Update Walkthrough (2 Intel Points, 1 Side Girl Scene)
(Please note that mini-maps and the Screen Player are still unavailable in this update.)
At the start of this update, make your way to the Ankh Life Hospital.
Inside the lobby, you’ll encounter a male nurse with a green marker above him. He will pose a question regarding another name for high blood pressure. The answer is Hypertension.
After responding correctly, proceed down the hallway to find another nurse who will ask you: What is the largest organ of the body? The answer is The Skin.
Upon answering the second question, head to the hospital’s break room.
The two nurses will express their gratitude for your help, and you will earn your First Intelligence point.
Next, make your way to the Church within Wood Stead, where you will discover four different Pages of Knowledge about the church.
First Page of Knowledge.

Fourth Page of Knowledge.
After acquiring all four pages, head to the City Dump. Just past the gates to the left, you’ll discover a Scroll for the Book of Knowledge.
You can now craft your first item in the game. Open the menu, navigate to your inventory, and locate the Scrolls section. Click on Scrolls and select the Scroll – Book of Knowledge.
You will see the needed items listed. Click on Craft Book of Knowledge to create the item, which will then be stored in your inventory.
Once crafted, click on the Book of Knowledge in your inventory to read it, earning your Second Intelligence point.
Next, journey to the Red-Light District.
Outside the Velvet Club, you will find a green marker marking Tony’s Drop Box.
Here, you can deposit Icons and Idols discovered throughout the game in exchange for money.
Next, enter the Moan Zone Theater and explore the Gift Shop area.
In the Moan Zone Gift Shop, purchase a Scented Candle for $100.
(You may need to visit the City Dump to find more Idols/Icons and sell them at Tony’s Drop Box until you’ve amassed enough funds.)
After acquiring the Scented Candle, return to Ankh Life Hospital, specifically to Lucy’s break room.
Engage Lucy in conversation, flirt with her, and then present her with the Scented Candle as a gift.
After your interactions, you will obtain Lucy’s first Heart.
This achievement will unlock Lucy’s s*x option.

V.02081 Update Walkthrough (2 Strength Points, 2 Charisma Points, 1 Side Girl Scene)
At the start of this update, your first destination should be the Apartments.
Here, you will encounter a Snatcher gang member. Engage him in battle; he will summon friends to assist—totaling four enemies. Emerging victorious will grant you your first Strength Point. Be sure to collect the money dropped by the defeated enemies.
Next, head to the Red-Light District.
Enter the Moan Zone Theater.
In the lobby, you can pick up a bomb located in the top left corner. This bomb serves as one of many combat aids available in the game. Utilize it during fights to secure victory.
In the lobby, you will also find a tough guy you can challenge.
While the bomb can be helpful, there is a trick to this fight: position yourself to the left of the sign to prevent the tough guy from jumping towards you. Strike him from behind until he is defeated.
Winning this confrontation will reward you with $100 and your Second Strength Point.
After the battle, venture into the X-Rated Theater. Here, you can purchase the First Moan Zone Clip for $20.
Next, enter the XXX Gift Shop within the Moan Zone Theater and buy a Scented Candle for $100.
Now, proceed to Lotus Quay.
Speak to the security guard, who will inform you of hooligans causing trouble. If you deal with them, you will receive $100. You can repeat this as often as you wish to build your cash reserve, though grinding isn’t necessary at this stage.
After completing the fight and collecting your $100, exit Lotus Quay and head to Emerald Ridge.
Speak to the individual in the upper right corner of the area.
He will request assistance finding his lost Cross Pendant, located between the palm trees. Your artifact will emit a brighter glow as you approach it.
Return the Cross Pendant to the individual, earning your First Charisma Point. Next, visit the LongDong Emporium.
Inside, you’ll encounter a lady in the middle of the store. Speak with her; she is searching for a specific item. Present her with the Scented Candle (purchased earlier), and in exchange, you will receive your Second Charisma Point.
Be aware that the LongDong Emporium is where you can purchase various Weapons or Combat Aids for use in battles.
Before leaving, consider buying the Skull Ring ($100) or the Red Wine ($10) and Black Candle ($10). Now, head back to the Red-Light District.
Outside of The Velvet Mirage, you can meet and converse with Autumn (a Side Girl). Follow her inside and engage in further conversation.
When you talk to Autumn again, flirt with her, which will maximize her Attraction meter. Next, gift her either the Skull Ring (maximizing her Appreciation) or the Black Candle (providing half Appreciation) and Red Wine (also half Appreciation). This will unlock Autumn’s First Heart.
This achievement will grant you access to Autumn’s s*x option.
Autumn’s First s*x scene will follow. Additionally, you can find extras in various locations:
In Miller’s bathroom, you may discover an energy drink.
At the Apartments, a chest containing money can be found.

V.03083 Update Walkthrough (4 Side Girls Scenes, 1 Strength, 1 Intel, and 1 Charisma Point)
At the onset of this update, if you’re on the city’s world map, the screen will fade to black, leading into a previously cut scene featuring the MC running through the desert.
Once the cutscene concludes, you will engage in conversation with Empusa. After a brief interaction, you will gain control and click on the snake icon to earn an HP (Hit Point) boost for upcoming battles.
After further dialogue with Empusa, she will return to the Oracle you are carrying, becoming your “Hint Girl.”
Begin navigating your way out of the desert by moving towards the top right corner.
In the next desert segment, you will encounter two Wild Dogs; defeat them in combat.
Upon vanquishing the Wild Dogs, your stone will glow, indicating the presence of a nearby item. Search the bush to find a Holy Stone.
Continue heading towards the top right corner until you return to the city’s world map. From here, proceed to the City Dump, where you will discover a Nut.
Next, journey to Emerald Ridge, where you will find another Nut.
Then, head over to the LongDong Emporium, where you will find the Scroll -Seed of Strength outside the store.
Now, enter the LongDong Emporium and purchase a bottle of Testosterone for $100.
With these four items, you can craft a Seed of Strength. After crafting and consuming the Seed of Strength, you will gain your Third Strength Point.
Next, make your way to WoodStead and visit the Church. Within the church grounds, you will find another Nut.
Next, head to Apex, where a group of protesters will be gathered outside. Converse with each protester, answering their questions correctly:
- Basic Reproduction Number (RO)
- Asymptomatic Spread
- %70 – %90
Answering correctly will yield your Third Intelligence Point. Now, head to Luxuria Plaza. In the lobby, a guy will request assistance.
Speak to him; he will explain the need for help with a drone delivery, providing you with a Delivery Device.
Back on the world map, you will now notice numbers across the top and left sides of the screen. Use these numbers to find a corresponding set from one of the four known sets when operating the Delivery Device.
The simplest option is as follows:
Head to the Apartments. When you enter the Apartments screen, remain stationary where the MC stands. Open your inventory, select the Delivery Device, and input West 18 North 9. Once chosen, a drink—Bubble Tea—should drop from the sky.
With the Bubble Tea in hand, return to Luxuria Plaza and present it to the guy for a reward of money and your Third Charisma Point.
Next, head to LongDong Emporium. It’s time to purchase gifts. Acquire the following items:
- 2 Amethyst (purple gem) ($10 each)
- 2 Stuffed Animals ($10 each)
- 3 Chocolate Truffles ($10 each)
- 1 Black Candle ($10)
Now, make your way to Ankh Life Hospital. Outside, you will encounter a new nurse, Nora (a side girl). Engage in conversation with her.
Follow her inside, and after talking again, flirt with her to fill her Attraction bar. Gift her a stuffed animal and chocolate truffles to fill her Appreciation bar.
This will earn you Nora’s First Heart.
This will unlock Nora’s s*x option.
Nora’s First s*x scene will follow.
Next, visit the Red-Light District.
You will see two girls, Divya and Madison (side girls). Speak with both; they will head inside BT&F. Enter BT&F and talk to Divya again, who will be by the bar in the main room.
