Reece James didn’t have his best game in an attacking sense today, at least by his insanely high standards, but he was still a rock defensively, keeping Wilfried Zaha quiet all day.
After the game he’s raised some eyebrows with his Twitter post, which points out how he had Zaha “on lock” all day.
We assume it was his social media team and not him – the same team who do the silly NFT posts – but it’s still pretty spicy.
It’s not intended as a knock on Zaha – but he will probably take it that way.
