TCU jumped out to a lopsided lead against Oklahoma on Saturday afternoon, and fans watching the surprising rout were also treated to consistent cut-ins of Aaron Judge at-bats as the Yankee slugger continued his quest for 62 home runs.
Many college football fans expressed their anger on social media about having the game interrupted by a half-screen presentation of Judge’s plate appearances, but the TCU social media account decided to have some fun with it.
As the Horned Frogs racked up 48 points over the Sooners, TCU’s Twitter account posed the question: would their team get to 62 first, or would Judge?
It was a fair question given the offensive showing of the Horned Frogs, despite Judge being just one swing away from 62.
