James Morgan, the husband of actress Kim Delaney, faced arrest for public intoxication after an alleged altercation involving Delaney and a flight attendant during their recent journey, as reported by TMZ.
According to sources from law enforcement, Morgan was arrested and taken into custody on Monday after they landed at Los Angeles International Airport. The couple arrived in L.A. from Detroit aboard a Delta flight, where it is claimed that they had a disagreement during the flight.
Reports indicate that Morgan was also engaged in a different incident involving a flight attendant. the specific reasons behind either confrontation remain unclear.
A spokesperson for Delta Airlines stated to TMZ, “Delta maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unruly or unlawful conduct, as the safety of our customers and crew is our top priority.”
The airline confirmed that there was no impact on the operation of the flight and indicated that authorities were contacted once the plane reached Los Angeles.
Previously reported by TMZ, Morgan had also been arrested in February due to a disturbance at the couple’s residence in the Los Angeles area.
