After a lengthy legal battle spanning over a year, Ayesha Howard and Anthony Edwards have finally concluded their child support proceedings. The former couple shares a daughter, Aubri Summer Edwards, who was welcomed into the world in October 2024.
Ayesha is also the mother of Lil Baby’s first son, Jason, while Anthony is reported to have three other children from different relationships.

Anthony Edwards Ordered to Pay Over $3,000 Monthly for Child Support
According to reports from TMZ, a judge in Georgia has finalized the child support agreement between Anthony Edwards and Ayesha Howard concerning their one-year-old daughter. The Minnesota Timberwolves player is now required to pay Ayesha $3,222 each month for Aubri. This figure was determined based on the income details provided by both parents. Anthony’s income was reported to exceed $200 million, while Ayesha’s income was indicated as zero. Howard allegedly did not attend the trial and failed to provide evidence to support her claims.
Anthony Has Provided Financial Support Since 2025
During the ongoing legal proceedings, Ayesha Howard had been receiving child support payments for Aubri. TMZ indicates that Anthony Edwards began making payments in January 2025. Initially, he paid Ayesha $20,000, followed by an additional $5,000 leading up to their trial. To date, he has reportedly paid Howard a total of $110,000 in child support. Neither parent has publicly commented on the recent ruling regarding child support.

This child support case has been in progress since the fall of 2024. In December of that year, a court-mandated DNA test confirmed Anthony Edwards as the biological father of Ayesha Howard’s daughter. In February 2025, court documents revealed that Edwards had declined any custody or visitation rights, showing a preference for addressing financial obligations for the infant instead. There was also a dispute over the appropriate jurisdiction for the case; Ayesha filed in California, while Anthony filed in Georgia, where the case ultimately concluded.
