Aaron Donald of the L.A. Rams Accuses Ex of Warning Kids Not to Speak About ‘Dangerous’ Bulldog Regarding the Threatening Dog

Aaron Donald expressed concerns that his ex-partner Jaelynn Blakey’s dog might pose a danger to their children, prompting him to file a court petition shortly before the NFL season begins, according to TMZ.
Documents from the court reveal that Aaron, who is the father of two minor children with Jaelynn, sought primary custody until the dog was safely removed from her residence. The news was initially reported by The California Post.
Aaron asserted that their children faced immediate risks every time they visited Jaelynn’s home and came near the French bulldog.
In his legal filing, Aaron claimed the dog had previously bitten both of their children, as well as Jaelynn’s 10-year-old niece.
Aaron indicated that Jaelynn had assured him she would remove the dog from the home, but he later discovered that the dog returned after having stayed at another location for several months.
The NFL player stated that Jaelynn dismissed his concerns, claiming that the children were not afraid of the dog and that it was not dangerous.
Aaron claimed in a sworn statement that his children informed him that Jaelynn instructed them not to “run their mouths” about the dog’s return.
Jaelynn refuted the claims, stating she never told the children to deceive their father. She argued that the NFL player was unjustly trying to take away the family pet, which had been part of their lives for years.
In her legal documents, Jaelynn stated, “He claims to protect the children and their safety, but that is not his true intention, as shown by the fact that the dog has lived in my home for many years.”
Jaelynn described the dog as her “emotional support” animal, emphasizing that the kids have a strong bond with it.
On August 3, the former couple reached an agreement where Jaelynn consented to permanently remove the dog from her residence.
