Aaron Donald Is Aaron Donald Considering a Comeback? Training Session at Rams Facility
Published
Take a moment to breathe, Rams Nation … Aaron Donald was recently seen training at the Rams’ practice facility on Friday, sparking speculation about a potential return to the NFL!
TMZ Sports has released footage showing Donald alongside his training partners performing conditioning drills on a field in Woodland Hills, California.
An onlooker reported that the 35-year-old athlete dedicated approximately an hour to the field, engaging in ladder drills, medicine ball exercises, and agility training, clearly pushing himself to his limits.
Seeing Donald workout isn’t surprising. He is known for his dedication to fitness and maintains the same impressive physique he had when he retired in 2024.
Much like in real estate, the key is location. Although Donald could have trained at home, he opted for the familiar surroundings of a football field.
Recently, the Rams acquired Myles Garrett, which quickly ignited rumors that Donald might be interested in teaming up with the NFL’s reigning sack king.
Although Aaron mentioned on Pat McAfee that the trade had him contemplating a return to the field, his wife dismissed the idea of him unretiring with a laugh.
While a single training session doesn’t confirm Donald’s return to the NFL, it certainly adds to the ongoing speculation about his potential comeback.
