A fundraiser initiated by Benjamin Hudson, with proceeds directed to Taylor and Cox Law Firm, P.A., has been set up to provide support for Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, Morgan Seymour, and others associated with Nolan Wells. The fundraiser states that the group has endured severe harassment, death threats, doxxing, and defamation since Nolan’s death. Organizers assert that these young men have been “falsely and wrongly accused” online and in media outlets, despite their full cooperation with investigators. the campaign highlights that some of Nolan’s friends were unable to attend his funeral due to safety concerns stemming from the backlash.
Alleged Friends of Wells Stand Against False Allegations
According to the fundraiser, its objectives are twofold: to assist with legal expenses related to potential wrongful death lawsuits filed by attorney Benjamin Crump and his team, and to finance legal actions against individuals and organizations accused of disseminating defamatory statements. The campaign emphasizes that it does not aim to silence opposing viewpoints. Instead, organizers clarify that the purpose is to combat what they view as targeted harassment, false accusations, and intimidation. They also intend to counteract the misinformation surrounding the case.
