Wlad Klitschko’s Guardianship Filing Doesn’t Bother Hayden Panettiere’s Family

Hayden Panettiere‘s family has expressed support for her former partner Wladimir Klitschko, who is currently pursuing legal guardianship of their daughter Kaya. They believe he is a dedicated father committed to ensuring Hayden’s best interests are upheld.

Family sources informed TMZ that they are supportive of Wladimir’s initiative to assume a more significant role in managing the transition of Hayden’s estate to 11-year-old Kaya, who stands to inherit all of her mother’s assets.

The family’s perspective indicates that the court filing is seen as a mere legal formality. They stated, “Wlad is an exceptional father, and we appreciate his efforts.”

Wladimir and Hayden were once engaged but have since maintained a co-parenting arrangement after their separation. Following Hayden’s struggles with postpartum depression, Wlad was granted full custody of Kaya in 2018, and they have resided together in Ukraine since then.

As reported earlier, Wlad’s recent court filing requesting legal guardianship aims to grant him enhanced authority to make decisions for Kaya, following growing public concern over Hayden’s battles with addiction.

In the court documents acquired by TMZ, Wlad states that prior to her passing, Hayden had contracted a security service to safeguard her home and belongings, stemming from concerns that an individual had gained unauthorized entry to her property. The identity of this individual is not disclosed in the documents.

Wlad further mentioned that following Hayden’s death, locks were changed by a company, and storage units containing designer attire and accessories used at public events were relocated for safety reasons.

Securing guardianship would grant Wlad exclusive access to Hayden’s estate and belongings.
