Elizabeth’s trial for wire fraud and conspiracy charges commenced on September 8, 2021, according to ABC News, where she was found guilty on four of the eleven counts of fraud against investors and patients, including three counts of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
Despite Elizabeth serving an 11-year prison sentence for her fraudulent actions, William has ventured into the biotechnology sector with renewed ambition. He has established Haemanthus, a startup focused on developing diagnostic technology that utilizes small biological samples, echoing Theranos’s original vision. William’s grandparents are the founders of the renowned Evans Hotel Group, established in the San Diego area by Anne and William D. Evans in 1953. Following the passing of William D. in 1984, his two eldest children, Grace Evans Cherahore and William L.
