Discover How Tracee Ellis Ross Packs Light with Only 2 Pairs of Underwear

During her enlightening conversation with Travel + Leisure Editor-in-Chief Jacqui Gifford on July 16, Tracee unveiled her minimalist packing strategy. She humorously stated, “There’s always one bathing suit, a flip flop, and one little dress I can roll up. And there’s always two undies.” When Gifford questioned, “Two undies, that’s it?”, Tracee readily explained her efficient laundry method while traveling.

Tracee elaborated on her practical approach to maintaining cleanliness on the road. She shares that she utilizes hotel sinks to wash one pair of underwear, using shower gel or even a bar of soap for a quick refresh. After rinsing in another sink, she hangs them on the towel rack to dry. “If I’m gone for a month on this trip, you can’t pack a month’s worth of underwear,” she explained, adding that packing excessively can lead to unnecessary bulk. “How do you do that? They take up a lot of space.” Her insights highlight the importance of smart packing and travel efficiency.

Reuniting with Her ‘Girlfriends’ Cast for a Nostalgic Hair Care Campaign

The reunion radiated nostalgia as the four women channeled their iconic characters, celebrating Tracee’s brand, which is specifically designed for curly, coily, and textured hair. Launched in 2019, Pattern has transformed the hair care landscape, offering products like leave-in conditioners and styling creams that empower individuals to embrace their natural hair. Tracee Ellis Ross Opens Up to Michelle Obama About Embracing Single Life Without Children

Tracee Ellis Ross is not just sharing travel hacks; she’s also being open about her personal experiences. In a heartfelt conversation with Michelle Obama, Tracee discussed the challenges of navigating life as a single woman without children at the age of 52. She candidly expressed how societal expectations often pressure women to meet certain milestones by a particular age. Yet, she courageously embraces her unique journey with grace and authenticity. “It’s not what I dreamed for myself,” she reflected, but her focus remains on living a fulfilling life and discovering joy in her independence.

“As much grief does surface for me around not having children and not having a partner… I still wouldn’t want the [wrong] partner. I am not interested in that; you have to make my life better. It can’t just be I’m in a relationship just to be in a relationship,” she added, emphasizing the importance of genuine connections.
