Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo & Morgan Seymour Respond to Controversial “Enhanced” Sea Tow Dispatch Audio in Nolan Wells Case
Part two of Officer Tatum’s interview with Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour was released on YouTube on the evening of Tuesday, August 11. During the discussion, Tatum prompted the teens to express their opinions regarding the now-famous “enhanced” audio of their call for Sea Tow assistance on July 4.
Pitalo pointed to a video clip that has since been published, showing the group on the boat just as Hudson was making the call.
“Wouldn’t you expect to see Nolan on the floor or scrambling around, or everyone crowded together on the boat looking at him? It’s absurd to think that we would have called Sea Tow if there was a dead body on board,” he stated. “Why would we call the Coast Guard? Why would we take actions that imply we harmed someone?”

Pitalo further questioned, “Why haven’t we been arrested? We’re not masterminds. There’s no way we could have committed a murder or covered it up, especially not with so many witnesses around.”
The Trio Responds to Allegations They Were Yelling About Nolan Wells Being Dead in “Enhanced” Sea Tow Dispatch Audio
At this juncture, Hudson interjected, expressing his belief that “people are inclined to hear what they wish to believe, regardless of the situation.”
“Some individuals are simply not open to being swayed. If they want to believe that my friends and I were involved in Nolan’s death, they will hold onto that belief no matter what evidence is presented,” Hudson explained. “It is clear that Nolan was not with us on the boat. You can see down into the deck… and everyone appears completely relaxed…”
Hudson further asserted that the viral audio was “entirely enhanced,” and added that “people tend to hear what they want to hear.”
“No one talks about the pool party that took place on June 27th… There are countless fabrications. Now, suddenly, the audio comes back, and you can supposedly hear Nolan in the background [and us] yelling about being dead? That’s an outright fabrication. It’s just another lie to perpetuate this narrative… it’s unbelievable,” Hudson stated.
The group, alongside their attorney Edward Paltzik, firmly maintained their innocence.

Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo & Morgan Seymour Express Regret Over July 4th Outing
As previously reported by The Shade Room, during part one of the interview, the three discussed how their lives have been dramatically altered. They mentioned that they can no longer visit places they once enjoyed due to unwanted attention and the potential for confrontations. Hudson remarked that they are “constantly vigilant.”
The group also expressed their remorse about their decision to go out on July 4.
“I wish we had never gone out on the Fourth of July because I know this tragedy wouldn’t have happened. Nolan would still be here. It’s incredibly difficult to process,” Hudson shared.
