Katt reminisced about meeting Steph Curry prior to his NBA career when he enlisted him for a celebrity basketball game aimed at benefiting children and family services in Los Angeles. He recalled how he recruited Curry to join his team and even offered him $5,000 to play. “The following year, during the next game, he scores 50 points. I said, ‘Hey dude, you’re out here making $5,000 for a celebrity basketball game, but you’re one of the greatest shooters to ever exist. Do you realize that if you take your game to the NBA, they either have to change their strategies or you’ll undoubtedly be the greatest shooter that ever lived?” Katt continued, emphasizing Curry’s exceptional talent.
