The daddy of the suspect charged with murdering 4 people at a Georgia highschool has been arrested himself, after authorities found he gave his son the AR-15 used inside the mass taking footage as a Christmas reward.
Alleged shooter Colt Gray‘s father, Colin Gray, was arrested Thursday in reference to Wednesday’s taking footage at Apalachee Extreme Faculty, throughout which Colt is accused of gunning down two faculty college students and two lecturers.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says the daddy goes by 4 counts of involuntary manslaughter, 2 counts of second-degree murder and eight counts of cruelty to youngsters.
The dad instructed investigators this week he bought the AR-15-style gun used inside the faculty taking footage as a Christmas present for his son in December 2023 … in response to various experiences.

The timeline proper right here is fascinating … because of it locations the acquisition about 7 months after the FBI investigated threats allegedly made by then 13-year-old Colt by the use of Discord.
The FBI says the threats involved a future faculty taking footage and included pictures of weapons … though there have been no specifics involving when or the place a possible taking footage would happen.

The feds say they referred the threats to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office … and deputies visited Colin and Colt’s residence to interview them.
