Vladimir Putin could need to have a bit of chat with considered one of his Russian politicians about private hygiene practices.
Take a look at this disgusting video … which exhibits Russia’s Zabaykalsky Krai regional governor Aleksandr Osipov surveying a rural space ravaged by forest fires together with different native officers.
Whereas scanning the broken land, Osipov nonchalantly shoves his finger up his nostril, digs round a bit and pulls out a booger.
However, that is solely the start of the gross-out. Osipov proceeds to casually wipe his snot on the jacket of his forestry chief, Elena Shalyapina, who’s holding a clipboard whereas briefing the others.
What’s worse, Shalyapina has no thought she’s simply been become a dirty Kleenex tissue by her personal boss. Ugh!
After the video surfaced final week on Russian social media, Osipov denied he picked his nostril, explaining he was merely eradicating a bug from his schnoz.
He added that he did not need Shalyapina to be “disturbed” by all of the press surrounding the incident.
Gotta admit … Osipov would not supply a really convincing protection contemplating the video proof. Like we stated, Putin could wanna have a chat with this nose-picking governor.
