Rapper Dies in Houston After Leg Stabbing Incident

Tragically, Houston rapper Judy World, known for her rising talent, was fatally stabbed in the leg over the weekend. The incident occurred during a domestic dispute involving her boyfriend’s sister, and Judy was only 28 years old.

Judy World Dies After Being Stabbed

The Houston Police Department responded to a call about the stabbing around 10 p.m. on Saturday, July 11. This tragic event took place on the 11900 block of Bat Sheva Lane, as reported by Fox 26 Houston. The individual accused of the stabbing is Kayla Wynita Rodgers, while Judy World’s real name is Krystal Jordan.

Jordan, who was also known by the name Play Girl Judy, was reportedly on a three-way call with her boyfriend at the time of the incident. According to her mother, Judy was attempting to retrieve an item for him from his mother when she was attacked by his sister. Video evidence shows the man’s mother and sister near the vehicle that Judy arrived in. Rodgers is currently in police custody facing a charge of manslaughter.

Witness Accounts: Judy’s Mother Saw the Stabbing

During the altercation, Judy’s mother, Keia Jordan, was in the car with her and witnessed the horrifying event. Judy’s young daughter was also reportedly present. Keia explained that they had gone to Rodgers’ residence together. In a heart-wrenching account, she described seeing her daughter stabbed with a butcher knife. She stated that Rodgers had threatened to kill Judy prior to the attack.

“She came outside with a butcher knife,” Keia recalled. “She said, ‘I don’t want this b*tch over here because I’m going to kill her.’”

The distraught mother recounted the moment of the stabbing, her voice breaking with emotion. “She ran up to my car to stab my daughter. My daughter blocked her with the door. Then she went around between me and my daughter and stabbed her in the leg.”

Keia also described her desperate attempts to save her daughter. She performed CPR and sought help to stop the bleeding. When she asked Rodgers’ mother for the address to provide to paramedics, she was met with refusal. “‘Could you please give me the address?’ They told us no. And the girl said, ‘I want her to die. She’s going to die. That’s my intention.’”

Regarding the charge of manslaughter, Keia Jordan expressed her belief that it is insufficient. “They better charge her with murder because she did this intentionally,” she stated. “It wasn’t an accident. She intentionally stabbed her.”

Fundraising Efforts Launched for Judy’s Funeral

Jordan leaves behind a 10-year-old daughter. A GoFundMe campaign has been established to assist the family with funeral expenses. a balloon release is scheduled for Friday, July 17, in memory of Jordan. This event will take place at Crestmont Park at 5:30 p.m.
