Peta Murgatroyd and Maks Chmerkovskiy are embarking on a new journey as they officially list their Los Angeles family home for rent. Sources from TMZ indicate that the couple is settling into a fresh start in Florida.

According to property records accessed by TMZ, the former “Dancing With the Stars” champions have listed their spacious Valley Village residence, featuring four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, for approximately $18,000 per month. This home spans around 4,300 square feet and was made available for rental about 20 days ago.

This Napa-inspired residence boasts luxurious features, such as herringbone oak flooring, solid alder wood doors, oak ceilings, top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, custom cherry wood cabinetry, and even a concealed “secret pantry” for added charm and convenience.

The timing of this rental listing coincides with Peta and Maks announcing their move to Boca Raton, Florida, along with their three sons: Shai, Rio, and Milan.

The couple documented their heartfelt transition in a recent YouTube vlog, sharing emotional moments as they packed their belongings and drove away, with tears in their eyes. Peta conveyed the difficulty of leaving Los Angeles on their Instagram account, expressing how challenging the farewell was.

Since their arrival in Florida, Peta has shared updates about their new life. She mentioned that the slower pace of life, the warm climate, and observing their children thrive have made the challenging move worthwhile.

The transition had its challenges. In their vlog, Peta recounted how Shai’s bicycle was stolen right before their move. She suspected a young homeless woman they had assisted the previous night may have taken it.
