Gen-Z goes to like this … China is exhibiting off a brand new army drone that appears similar to a falcon, including one other layer to a preferred conspiracy principle in regards to the legitimacy of birds.
Video from a latest Chinese language army train reveals the Folks’s Liberation Military deploying a drone formed like a falcon … and the UAV flaps and flies round similar to a chicken. It is wild!
Peep this footage … a camouflaged PLA fighter emerges from a physique of water with the UAV in hand, and it begins flapping its wings earlier than the individual throws it into the air.
As quickly because the drone will get out of body, the PLA video soar cuts to a chicken drone manner up within the sky … but it surely appears to be like just like the cloud cowl is totally different right here, so do not give the Chinese language an excessive amount of credit score … in different phrases, take this with a grain of salt.
The video soar cuts once more … to the drone flying round above a skyline … on a brilliant sunny day. So, there’s some continuity issues with the Chinese language media footage.
In any case … the PLA is looking this charming little gadget the “Little Falcon” — and it was created for his or her marines. China says the drone is constructed for surveillance and reconnaissance … plus missions requiring parts of stealth, disguise and maneuverability.
Now, as for the Gen-Z factor to all this … there’s an entire “Birds Aren’t Actual” motion questioning simply what the identify implies.
Chinese language spy drones that appear like falcons actually aren’t going to persuade the youth birds are actual. If something, it is solely gonna make them double down of their ridiculous take. 😆
