Lenny mentions that he typically skips breakfast until late afternoon, not out of habit but simply due to his lifestyle. He explained, “It’s not because I’m trying to intermittent fast; it’s just the way I am. I can’t get up and, like, eat.”
Rather than relying on a fitness app to track his workouts, he focuses on how his clothes fit. He stated, “I can gauge everything by how I’m in my pants. Like, if my pants are a little tight, I know I’m getting out of shape.”
He has a unique approach to workout clothing. He often trains in jeans, explaining, “I perform onstage in leather, denim, whatever, so those are the pants I wear to train. It also means I can fit in a workout any time, anywhere.”
Whatever works for him! With results like Lenny’s, it’s hard to argue against his methods.
Hey, whatever works! And to be honest, you really can’t argue with results like Lenny’s.
