Hurricane Helene has ravaged the Southeastern United States, killing greater than 95 individuals … and flooding has even created harmful fireplace hazards that brought on no less than one Tesla automotive to burst into flames.
Try this stunning video … the electrical automobile — manufactured by Elon Musk‘s firm — was parked inside a Pinellas County, Florida storage that flooded with saltwater from the lethal storm.
Beneath the body, the white automotive erupts in flames, and the blaze quickly spreads, engulfing your entire car as smoke fills the cluttered storage.
Pinellas County officers launched the footage as a public service announcement to electrical automotive homeowners after the hurricane rolled into Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas and different states, destroying houses and companies and knocking out energy.
“Electrical Automobiles which have been flooded in saltwater can catch fireplace,” the put up reads.
Pinellas County officers warn electrical automotive and bike homeowners to not cost or park their modes of transportation inside homes or garages, and to maintain their EVs away from something flamable.
As for the automotive that was burnt to a crisp, officers suggested the proprietor to carry it to a dealership to have it inspected earlier than attempting to drive it once more — although this one might be executed.
In the meantime, President Biden weighed in on Hurricane Helene, calling it “beautiful” and promising full help from the federal authorities to all states which are impacted.
