Elijah Blue Allman Faces Assault and Trespassing Charges

Elijah Blue Allman is a notable figure in the entertainment industry because he is the son of Cher and the late Greg Allman, which matters for fans and followers of celebrity news.

The Concord Police Department reported that officers responded to St. Paul’s School for an unwanted guest on Friday evening, just before 7 PM local time. Elijah was causing a disturbance in the dining hall and was identified as the male involved.

Elijah was booked into Merrimack County Jail and faced charges including two counts of simple assault, one count each of criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct.

He was processed and released on personal recognizance, meaning he did not need to pay bail. An arraignment date will be set in the future.

Elijah has no known association with the school, and sources indicate that the reason for his presence there is unclear. He primarily resides in Southern California.

TMZ has reached out to Cher’s representative for comment, but there has been no response so far.

Elijah made headlines in June 2025 when he was rushed to the hospital during an overdose. Authorities were called due to his erratic behavior, and drugs were found in his home.

His overdose occurred about two months after his wife Marieangela King filed for divorce after 13 years of marriage. This was one year after she accused Cher of orchestrating his kidnapping, which Cher has denied.

In December 2023, Cher filed for a conservatorship over her son, citing his inability to manage his finances due to severe mental health and substance abuse issues. She also accused Marieangela of blocking Elijah from receiving necessary treatment.
