Pastor Jamal Bryant Discusses Encounter with Cheyenne Bryant’s Alleged Representative
Pastor Bryant shared his latest perspective on Cheyenne Bryant through a video posted on Instagram. He mentioned receiving a cease-and-desist letter that he clarified did not originate from a legal representative but was sent directly by Cheyenne. In response, he chose to remain silent.
“I decided to walk away because I refuse to contribute to Black on Black crime. I let it go,” he expressed.
Recently, he received an email from Dr. Jaquel Pitts, who claimed to be the president of Indiana Southwest Christian University. Pastor Bryant stated in his video that he was unable to find any record of such an institution in that area. He also noted that Pitts defended Cheyenne Bryant’s Ph.D. in “theocentric psychology” but declined to provide any transcripts.

As earlier reported, Cheyenne Bryant and her qualifications have once again become a focal point of discussion. She reignited the controversy after engaging in the trending Netflix documentary conversation on social media earlier this week.
“When Netflix creates a documentary about Dr. Cheyenne Bryant, Episode 1 will address, ‘Is she really a doctor?’ Episodes 2-10 will explore why envious detractors have attempted to discredit her,” her video stated.
Concerns regarding her doctoral credentials arose during a promotional tour for her book, ‘Live Your Promise.’ A segment on The Breakfast Club where she discussed her transcripts and professional background led to intensified scrutiny about her legitimacy. Social media users became fixated on obtaining proof of her doctoral degree and dissertation. in May, she reaffirmed her stance on ‘The Marissa Mitchell Show,’ refusing to provide any documentation.
