During the press briefing, Barredo mentioned that investigators are still working to uncover the triggers that led to this outbreak of violence. He confirmed that there was a gunfire exchange involving multiple shooters, noting the recovery of two firearms by the police.
Barredo confirmed that a total of six individuals were shot during the festival, with two succumbing to their injuries at the scene. The remaining four victims were transported to nearby hospitals and are currently reported to be in serious condition.
