Published
Brandi Glanville expressed her deep emotional struggle regarding her GoFundMe campaign aimed at covering her medical costs, admitting that she feels “embarrassed” to reach out for support.
The former star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Brandi, became tearful while discussing her crowdfunding efforts with podcast co-host James Maas. She revealed that her medical expenses amount to $7,000 per week, even with insurance, and she is overwhelmed by persistent calls from creditors.
She confided to James that she wishes to keep her struggles private but feels utterly lost on how to handle her situation.
Brandi made it clear that if she ceases her payments, she risks losing access to her medications and jeopardizing her health progress amid numerous ongoing medical issues.
As many are aware, Brandi is currently battling serious health conditions, including resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter infections, Coccidioidomycosis (Valley Fever), Demodex dermatitis, and mononucleosis.
The GoFundMe campaign aims to cover a range of expenses, including IV treatments, medications, specialist consultations, necessary surgeries, essential dental care, insurance premiums, and basic living costs.
James reassured Brandi, emphasizing that she should feel no embarrassment; rather, the true embarrassment lies within the flaws of the healthcare system in this country.
