A grizzly bear in Montana had a hankering for moose tracks, it appears — and we’re not speaking ice cream both … it is the true McCoy taking part in out in nature … and it is all video!
Try this wild footage — posted by a scientist and outdoorsman — that exhibits a younger moose galloping by means of an empty campground in Montana … stopping just for a second by this man’s automobile, earlier than a grizzly bear comes barreling out of the woods sizzling on its path.
On Tuesday I went to an empty campground in Montana as a result of it was the placement of a deadly grizzly assault we lined on Tooth and Claw (my podcast). I noticed a moose within the campground and went to take a brief video of it…it ended up being a greater video than I anticipated pic.twitter.com/B0KFEpBvrd

The moose appears to sense that there is potential mortal hazard afoot — reserving it down a dust path however the bear is true behind it … racing after him as they each disappear behind a bend.
Proper place proper time for the dude who shot the video — bear biologist Wes Larson. He says he was trying out a campground the place a deadly grizzly assault occurred when he bought a front-row seat to a predator versus prey encounter.

Unclear if the grizzly tracked down the moose right here … however there’s hope for animal lovers — it looks like the moose had an excellent lead on Smokey. Then once more … bears are fairly quick.
We have seen moose run just like the wind earlier than out in nature … just like the one on video chasing after skiers in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. So, jury’s out on whether this big fella became bear food or not.
Fortunately, the photog was still in the car when the bear emerged … otherwise, he may have been at risk of a not-so-friendly run-in himself.

Bear-y close call … and better the moose than a human, TBH. 🤷🏽♂️
