Stacey Silva from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise has worried the fans on several occasions by sharing embarrassing after plastic surgery. TLC viewers may remember the 47-year-old reality star from her debut on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, during which she was a supporting cast member in her sister Darcey Silva’s storyline. In 2022, the Silva twins are famous for their spin-off show, Darcey & Stacey, and clothing business. The two siblings are also notorious for their obsession with plastic surgeries, and many speculate that they want to look like real-life Barbie dolls.
Over the last few years, Stacey and Darcey have opted for some of the most controversial procedures available in the cosmetic surgery market. The sisters have changed their faces by modifying their noses, altering their cheekbones, and enhancing their facial features. They’ve also got lip lifts that have made their mouth seem unnaturally inflated and painful. Nowadays, most 90 Day Fiancé fans think the sisters have ruined their original looks for the worse and have become much older than before.
However, the criticism has not stopped the Silva sisters from changing their mindset. A few months ago, the twins underwent more plastic surgeries, including a twin transformation that involved rhinoplasty, breast implants, a Brazilian butt lift, and Hollywood Smiles. Stacey and Darcey have also opted for the fox eye procedure to enhance the shape of their eyes. Unfortunately, 90 Day Fiancé viewers have rarely praised their extreme results as they want sisters to stop ruining their beauty.

When it comes to Stacey, there are a few instances when she has worried the fans with her post-surgery looks. One example is from February 2022, when she shared a promotional post for The Drew Barrymore Show. She wrote, “So excited!!! Tune in tomorrow 9am.” However, 90 Day Fiancé fans weren’t impressed by her cosmetic surgery makeover, which made her look very swollen. An Instagram user wrote, “Please don’t do any more surgeries, you honestly look better natural,” and begged her not to be desperate for men.
Stacey Posts Messy Hair Look
In March, Stacey shared a messy hair look on Instagram. She captioned, “Double the blessing! Double the joy! Double the success!!” Unfortunately, the lower amount of cosmetics exposed the truth behind her plastic surgery look, and many 90 Day Fiancé fans chimed in to share their concern. An Instagram user wrote, “Self hatred takes many forms.” Another commented, “You don’t even look like the Stacey I love.”
Stacey’s Glam Look After Twin Transformation
In 2021, Stacey flaunted her elongated face, massive lips, and thin cheeks in an Instagram photo. She captioned the post, “Hope you all enjoyed episode 1 of Darcey & Stacey,” and used it to send positive vibes. However, Stacey’s pout caught fans’ attention for all the wrong reasons, as they called her out for her concerning looks “scary!!!!!” An Instagram user worryingly wrote, “Painful. Just painful.” Someone else asked, “How can you both not see what you are doing to yourselves??” 90 Day Fiancé fans’ concerns for Stacey may be valid, but she knows best what makes her happy.
