What is the Format of Connections: Sports Edition?
The latest daily word game from the NYT has debuted in collaboration with The Athletic, the New York Times outlet dedicated to sports reporting. Each puzzle consists of 16 words, divided into four distinct categories. These categories could include anything from book titles to software names or country designations. Although many words may appear to fit together, only one combination is correct.
When players successfully identify all four words in a category, those words vanish from the board. incorrect guesses count against the player, with a maximum of four mistakes allowed before the game concludes.
