Wyclef Jean Responds to Donald Trump ‘Haitian Immigrants’ Feedback: ‘Cease Racist Messages’

Wyclef Jean simply isn’t amused by Donald Trump‘s bizarre debate tangent about Haitian immigrants supposedly consuming household pets — and tells TMZ Hip Hop that America should strictly give consideration to the data this election!!!

Wyclef says, “I may be ceaselessly grateful for my family’s life, for having a great likelihood to reside what is named the ‘American Dream.’”

“One in all our greatest property in America is that we’re a country of immigrants,” Clef says. “I converse from the heart as soon as I say, Haitian of us dwelling inside the U.S. are good neighbors and good of us. We care about humanity. We care about our neighbors.”

It was arguably most likely probably the most viral second of the controversy in a night filled with them … Trump talked about the left is allowing small cities resembling Springfield, Ohio to be overrun, claiming immigrants had been eating wild animals as a result … referencing a debunked conspiracy theory about Haitian residents of Springfield, quickly backed up by Donald Jr.

Wyclef has been an envoy for Haiti his whole occupation … he named his music imprint “Refugee Camp” for cryin’ out loud … and needs the racist narrative nipped inside the bud sooner than it turns right into a social norm.

The 3X Grammy winner continued … “On behalf of Haitian Folks, I ask that we stop these racist messages and accusations. Put our fingers out in peace and say thanks for being my neighbor.
