Michael Phillips, a 38-year-old resident of North Carolina, claims to possess a penis that measures only the size of a penny. He has reached out to TMZ to announce his desire to raise funds for a penile enlargement procedure scheduled for the upcoming months.
The cost of this procedure is estimated at a staggering $6,000, but it’s unclear whether he will be charged based on the increase in size.
Michael, who has been medically diagnosed with a micropenis, reports that he faces difficulties when using the restroom due to his .38-inch penis. He hopes that the enlargement procedure could improve his experience during urination.
The procedure involves injecting a semi-permanent dermal filler into his penis. Michael hopes that this injection will allow him to stop relying on pull-ups, which he currently uses.
In his GoFundMe campaign, Michael expresses, “I’m reaching out to anyone who understands how tough this situation is. Your support would mean everything to me and assist me in taking a significant step toward achieving more dignity and independence.”
As reported earlier, Michael informed us that he was contemplating submitting an application to enter the Guinness World Records for his exceptionally small size.
