Brian Hickerson: Hayden Panettiere’s Boyfriend Arrest Footage Reveals Disturbing Behavior Captures Him Stumbling and Spitting in a Bar

Brian Hickerson, the boyfriend of Hayden Panettiere, appeared to be in a dazed state after police assisted him in rising from the floor at a bar, subsequently placing him in handcuffs during his arrest in 2025.
TMZ has acquired shocking video footage of Brian’s arrest that took place in August of last year at Barney’s Beanery, a well-known dive bar in West Hollywood. The video depicts the chaotic moments that unfolded as staff attempted to remove Brian from the premises.

The footage shows Brian already positioned under a table, appearing disoriented with his shoes off and lying on his back against the wall.
Police arrived shortly after and helped Brian to his feet before placing him in handcuffs. Unexpectedly, he forcefully spat to his left during this chaotic moment.
It remains unclear whether Brian intended to spit at anyone or was simply clearing his mouth. the spit was directed towards one of the officers, prompting a tense reaction from another officer who was restraining him.
As reported, officers eventually moved Brian, who spent a significant amount of time hunkered beneath the table that afternoon, outside for his arrest. This incident marked his first of two arrests in Los Angeles that month. Following the arrest, he attended ten Narcotics Anonymous meetings, leading to the dismissal of the case against him.
Unfortunately, it appears that this incident did little to alter Brian’s behavior. Reports indicate that three bars in South Carolina banned him in the months leading up to Hayden’s tragic death.
Brian was by Hayden’s side on August 16 when she was discovered unresponsive. He reportedly attempted to revive her using Narcan, but unfortunately, both he and the first responders were unable to resuscitate her.
