Hayden and Brian’s relationship began in 2018, continuing on and off until the tragic news of the actress’s suspected overdose on August 16 in Greenville, South Carolina. Reports indicate that Brian had a troubling history of domestic violence, highlighted by Hayden’s accusations of him physically assaulting her in 2020, as documented in court records obtained by TMZ.
Court documents reveal that Hayden called the authorities during a physical altercation in their Los Angeles apartment. Brian was arrested and charged with felony domestic violence. He later reached a plea agreement related to this case and another in Wyoming, resulting in a sentence of 360 days in jail, with 358 days suspended, plus 12 months of unsupervised probation.
Legal documents indicate that Brian sent Hayden threatening text messages following his 2020 arrest for domestic violence. he faced an arrest in 2010 for assault and battery in a separate incident, which did not involve Hayden.
