Twitter Police Sunshine State Edition 9/20

Twitter Police Sunshine State Edition for 9/20 is here.  We’re going to do it again today at 3:45pm on the Shemon and Sheppard Show, another display of awesome human stupidity will be revealed.

It never ceases to amaze me that each week that these men and women featured in this segment find new, innovative and often times disgusting ways to humiliate themselves. I mean from nudity, cussing in public, police chases when the idiot being pursued often times is not in a car and so on.

When one has the honor of making Twitter Police Sunshine State Edition,  I feel like we should give out a weekly award for the biggest idiot of the week.  I have another idea to gather the 52 winners, one a week for a year, and have an awards dinner.

Granted, the honored guests would be cuffed and under strict police/security supervision for the evening.  However, being the generous person that I am, I would gladly arrange for them to be uncuffed while we have our awards dinner at any one of the fine Waffle Houses in the area.  These people deserve the best.

The entire menu will be open to our winners and I will pick up the tab.  Mainly because our winners will be in prison for a small chunk of their lives.  This will also be open to the public.  Cost, 5.00 with 25 percent of the proceeds going towards the winners bail.

The first ever Shemon and Sheppard Twitter Police Sunshine State Edition Awards Gala.  Has a nice ring to it don’t you think?  Categories you ask?  Here are a few samples but I’m always open to suggestions!

  1. Cussing
  2. Best nude arrest
  3. Best police chase
  4. Restaurant rants
  5. Break-ins

Here are just a few examples:
