Travis Cure from ‘The Oval’ Responds to Ex-Girlfriend’s Lawsuit Accusing Him of Transmitting STD

Travis Cure, the star of ‘The Oval’, is currently contesting a lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend, who alleges that he transmitted herpes to her. According to reports from TMZ, Travis admits to having the STD but asserts that he always used protection during their encounters.
The lawsuit documents reveal that the woman began her relationship with Travis in August 2024. She claims that she had no sexual partners other than him from that date until she filed the lawsuit.
The woman alleges that Travis was aware of his genital herpes diagnosis but failed to inform her before engaging in sexual activity. She has accused him of both negligence and battery.
In response to the allegations, Travis acknowledged that he did date the woman in question, but clarified that their relationship was not exclusive on either side.
Travis stated that he did engage in sexual relations with her but always used a condom. He also claimed that she resides in Chicago and was involved with other men during the time they were together.
The actor contends that both he and his ex were aware of his herpes diagnosis and argues that she only raised her concerns after their breakup and when he started dating someone else.
He claims that it would be impossible for his ex to provide evidence that he transmitted herpes to her due to her “promiscuous sexual practices.”
The legal proceedings are still ongoing.
