According to 9to5Mac, a noteworthy change is the introduction of “Write with Siri,” which replaces the previous AI-powered Writing Tools feature for both iPhones and iPads. A prominent prompt saying “Write with Siri” will appear above the keyboard, and it will reduce to just the Siri icon if users begin typing without utilizing the assistant. Other Siri-related improvements in this beta include incremental enhancements such as quicker performance and labeling elements in the Expressive Voice preview as “coming soon.”
9to5Mac also highlighted beneficial updates for RCS messaging in the Messages app. The collaboration and security between Apple and non-Apple devices have been improving, and this new beta continues that momentum.
