Zaire Wade Charged with Felony Domestic Violence

Court documents filed on Thursday in Los Angeles indicate that 24-year-old Zaire Wade has been charged with one felony count of domestic violence. This charge is linked to an alleged altercation on June 21 involving a person he was reportedly dating. This legal action follows Wade’s recent arrest in Burbank associated with this incident.

What Circumstances Led to Zaire Wade’s Arrest?

According to NBC4 Investigates, Burbank police were dispatched to a residence at approximately 5:30 a.m. on June 21 after a 911 call reported a woman screaming. Upon arrival, officers discovered Wade and a woman who appeared to have lacerations on her face and body. After conducting interviews with those present, police took Wade into custody on suspicion of felony domestic violence, criminal threats, and false imprisonment.

Emergency personnel assessed the woman at the location, but she did not require hospitalization. Authorities also recovered a firearm from the premises and issued an emergency protective order. Wade was subsequently released after paying a $50,000 bond. Currently, it remains unclear if he has entered a plea or made any public statements regarding the allegations.

As the legal proceedings continue, officials have not disclosed much information about the ongoing investigation.
