Sean Kingston is ultimately out of police custody following getting arrested and extradited in his fraud case … ’cause he was capable to post bond, but had to jump via a couple hoops 1st.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, SK was released on a $100K bond Wednesday in Broward County with particular situations … Sean had to surrender his passport and any firearms to officials.
Not just this … but his mortgage collateral will also be filed in public records inside ten days — so he’s got his property on the line right here.
The “Wonderful Girls” singer announced his newfound freedom on IG — thanking God, his loved ones, close friends and in depth legal group … plus his fans for supporting him all through the ordeal. He also got reassurance from his mother, who’s charged in the case as properly.
Prosecutors claim Sean and his mother, Janice Turner swindled various organizations out of hundreds of thousands of dollars … which includes a Cadillac auto dealer, a higher-finish furnishings shop, and even a jeweler.
As we told you … authorities also want SK to foot the $five,268.53 taxpayers’ bill to extradite him from California to Florida … which would only add to the huge tally he could finish up owing if the case does not go his way.
He’s got a extended road ahead of him as he fights this … but for now, he’s a no cost man (ish).
