TMZ’s Previously On…
“Owning Manhattan” star Jade Shenker is sharing insights about co-stars Ryan Serhant and Jordan March‘s heated argument in NYC earlier this month … revealing that cameras were not present during the altercation.
Jade appeared on the TMZ “Previously On…” podcast, stating that Netflix is currently “not filming at all” for the show, meaning the fight was genuine. She noted this isn’t their first argument, but it is the first time “9-figure lawsuits are being discussed” — though she did not provide details.
Check the clip — in the video obtained by TMZ, you can see Jade walk down the steps and into the heated conversation between the guys … and she shared that all she was thinking was “please don’t throw a punch or do anything stupid.”
The real estate mogul clarified that Ryan and Jordan care deeply for each other … they are brothers and best friends — but sharing their lives with the public can intensify emotions.
When asked how the fight was resolved, Jade candidly stated … saying “it didn’t.”
She mentioned that she had separated the two — which is captured in the video — and noted that Ryan made the right choice by getting into a car. Jade added that Jordan was still quite heated when the argument ended that night.

We spoke with Ryan shortly after the fight, who described it as a “disagreement between friends” and that everything is “mostly okay” between them now.
Regarding whether the two have communicated since, Jade shared that they’ve been together for press, but concerning “lawsuits being discussed,” she isn’t aware of those talks.
