In July, a jury awarded her a substantial $13 million judgment due to the severe PTSD and significant scarring she experienced on her arm and face. According to Brown, he had allegedly cautioned Avila to avoid approaching his dogs without his security guards present prior to the incident.
Recently, Brown has petitioned the court to prevent Avila from collecting the $13 million while he continues to tour with Usher on their recently expanded ‘R&B’ tour.
