In the statement, the airport says Airport Police and the Fire and Rescue Departments met the plane soon after it arrived … and, found 12 of the flyers — six passengers and six crew — have been injured. Dublin says eight have gone to the hospital.
Apparently, the turbulence occurred more than Turkey … but, the crew decided to continue on to Ireland alternatively of detouring — unclear why.
