O.J. Simpson avoided paying Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman‘s households millions when he was alive — and now, from beyond the grave, he may well be dodging them once again … TMZ has discovered.
Whilst Malcolm LaVergne — O.J.’s longtime lawyer and now executor of his estate — produced it clear he intended to speak cash with Nicole and Ron’s respective loved ones … Malcom says an unforeseen tax debt is making a new hurdle.

Malcolm says his lawyer met with the Goldman household — as properly as an assignee for Ron’s mom Sharon Rufo, who auctioned off her rights to the judgment — earlier this month at his Las Vegas workplace. He says a rep for Nicole’s estate did not show up, in spite of getting invited.
We’re told they reviewed Simpson’s tax returns, 401K, bank statements and much more — and the Goldman lawyer and Sharon’s rep had been told they’d be accepted into the estate … with the intention getting to satisfy their judgments.
The timeline for undertaking so remains unclear, even though. Malcolm says he’s nevertheless investigating how a great deal the estate is worth, specially amid the tax lien.
He says he was “broadsided” by the $500K debt, and may well need to have to go to court to deal with it ahead of “it wipes out any concept I had in my head to spend Goldman anything” — which he says “would be good.”
Proper now, the method is to fight the lien … which suggests a court will have to determine ahead of any sum can be handed more than to Ron’s household members.
Malcolm is optimistic, nevertheless … believing there are some hidden gems in the estate that could assist cover some of the charges. He says O.J.’s Heisman trophy (even though it may well be a replica), paintings, golf clubs, black SUV, grand piano and much more could potentially be liquidated and bring in a pretty quite penny.
Fans of O.J. may well be interested in obtaining their hands on some of his much more private products — such as video reels, furnishings and old photographs of O.J. with Nicole, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Muhammad Ali, and so forth.
Sounds like Malcolm requires an “All the things Ought to Go” sign, STAT!!!
