Madonna is facing a lawsuit from a concertgoer for allegedly “forcing” fans to wait for her in dangerously hot temperatures and for displaying “pornography without the need of warning” on stage. Lipeles filed the paperwork on Wednesday, Might 29, in Los Angeles. Lipeles’ lawsuit also accused the pop star of displaying “topless females on stage simulating sex acts.”
