Did Megan Thee Stallion’s Latest Verse Allude to Klay Thompson?
Even after Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson parted ways, discussions about their breakup continue to thrive. Earlier this year, Megan made serious allegations of infidelity against the NBA star in heartfelt social media posts, while Thompson has opted to remain silent on the matter. Recently, fans have speculated whether Megan’s experiences influenced her latest verse in Bossman Dlow’s ‘Motion Party (Remix).’
Listeners have begun to dissect the lyrics for hints about the former relationship. Early in the track, Megan raps, “I ain’t goin’ through no phones, that sh*t stupid/If I catch a n**a cheatin’ on me, it’s deuces.” Shortly after, she adds, “Sh*t strict over here, I’m a rich b*tch/ Thought he did his big one ‘til he met the biggest.” Although she never mentions Thompson directly, the ambiguity in her words allows fans to interpret the song as they wish. The timing of her song—released months after her public discussions about infidelity—has only fueled further speculation.
