Karim Benzema caused a bit of a stir after the Real Madrid striker’s social media accounts were cleared on Saturday, September 3.
Benzema had featured for Real Madrid as the Los Blancos earned their 4th win in 4 games in La Liga before his Twitter and Instagram accounts got cleared a few moments later.

According to Football Espana, the social media accounts are still active, but all the content from both has been removed with no explanation from Benzema.

But AS has now reported Benzema returned to his social networks with an image with his son at Real Madrid’s training ground and a message stating: “On the right path” after over 20 hours of both accounts being inactive.
Karim Benzema is regarded as one of Real Madrid’s best players and the French forward has a large fanbase with over 57 million followers on his Instagram account alone.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti has revealed that the La Liga champions have good backup strikers for French forward, Karim Benzema, Fansided reports.
Benzema has struggled to hit his best form for Real Madrid this season and Los Blancos fans have been worried the club has no suitable replacement for the striker.
Benzema has managed just 2 goals in the opening 4 La Liga games of the season, but Ancelotti is confident the striker will return to his best goal-scoring form soonest.
