As Ser Criston Cole (Fabien Frankel) tells Alicent Hightower (Olivia Cooke) within the Home of the Dragon Season 2 “weeks forward” trailer above, “We now have given the warfare to the dragons.” And based mostly on the footage of what is subsequent, that actually appears to be the case.
Episode 1 ended with a very disagreeable assassination-attempt-gone-wrong, and the trailer teases the fallout from that: an inevitable escalation to violence.
Like most Home of the Dragon trailers the clips are temporary and do not give away an excessive amount of — however we do see dragons on the battlefield, pressure between King Aegon II (Tom Glynn Carney) and Otto Hightower (Rhys Ifans) in addition to Rhaenyra (Emma D’Arcy) and Daemon (Matt Smith), and some wonderful pictures of Aemond (Ewan Mitchell) trying moody.
For extra evaluation of the primary episode, why not learn extra about what Larys Robust is planning, which homes are declaring for Crew Inexperienced and Crew Black up to now, and a breakdown of these shiny new opening credit.
