The talented rapper known for his hit “Bank Account” appeared on the Netflix podcast ‘The Pete Davidson Show,’ where he shared his reflections on being a father in the latest episode.
21 Savage, whose birth name is Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, is the father of four children. He has two sons, Kamari and Ashaad, with his ex-partner Keyanna Joseph, and a daughter named Rhian.
He welcomed his youngest child with Latto, whose real name is Alyssa Michelle Stephens, in May. He explained that his perspective on parenting has shifted as he has grown older.
“My first three,” he remarked. “I was younger, running around in the street. Now it’s different. I’m at home, taking care of the baby all night, making her bottles, changing her diapers. It’s a different kind of bond.”
Despite being present for his older children from the beginning, he acknowledged that his music career often took precedence. He also noted that his older children have been a significant source of motivation in his musical journey.

When asked what surprised her most about labor, she replied, “Maybe the pain!”
Initially, Latto planned to have an unmedicated water birth but later opted for an epidural, recalling her demand, saying:
“‘Get me the f*ck out of this pool.’”
In response to whether she wants to have another child, Latto expressed her uncertainty:
“I don’t know. She’s so perfect. I would love to, but then I think… it was the best day of my life, but also the most painful.”
