Nancy Guthrie Case: Legal Action Discover the Damage Law Enforcement Inflicted on My Home During My Unjust Detention

A delivery driver, who asserts he was unjustly detained at gunpoint during the Nancy Guthrie investigation, intends to file a lawsuit for the damage law enforcement allegedly inflicted on his property. He has provided photographs to support his claims.
The legal team representing Carlos Palazuelos submitted images that depict damaged walls, as well as significant holes in the ceiling.
Visible scuff marks on doors, a fist-sized hole in the wall, and a cracked door frame further illustrate the extent of the damage.
According to Carlos’ representatives, law enforcement caused these damages while detaining him for over seven hours, only to release him without any charges.
This week, his legal team filed a notice of claim against the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, Sheriff Chris Nanos, and Detective Earl Gieron. This document is a prerequisite for any lawsuit against the government.
Carlos is seeking a minimum of .5 million in damages.
Two additional individuals present in the home during the incident, Daniel and Josefina Maddox, are seeking $500,000 and $250,000, respectively.
Meanwhile, authorities in Pima County have yet to apprehend the individuals responsible for Nancy’s abduction. they did release copies of the first two ransom notes received by local news outlet KOLD.
One of the ransom notes states that Nancy died “shortly” after her kidnapping, as the abductors were unaware of her serious health issues.
